Participants in this programme should have understanding of managing corporate culture, human resources, managing human resources in the company, developing feedback skills, attraction and recruitment, personal development. 5 years + of experience in aviation or aerospace will be desirable.Educational background in the areas of Human resources, MBA, ,Aviation Business administration, Safety Management, Airline Management, Aviation Safety, or Human Factors would be welcomed.
Professional level of English is required for this programme.
