Objective
Learning objectives
- After the completion of this course, the course participants will be able to –
- 1. Assess an integrated performance in a competency-based environment and, at the same time, evaluate the performance of separate competencies.
- 2. Conduct assessment by gathering evidence of competent performance.
- 3. Debrief the trainees in a manner that will aid their progress in future.

Target audience
Air Traffic Controllers fulfilling the criteria to become an Assessor for ATS Unit and ATSTO as per norms defined by Aviation Regulator.
Prerequisites
Air Traffic Controller having rating in Procedural Control or Surveillance Control or both.
