Objective

This course aims to provide Flight Attendants with knowledge, skills and attitudes required to use basic Arabic language to effectively facilitate their work and enhance the service provided to passengers to achieve better customer satisfaction in accordance with ICAO DOC 9835 and local language department OPM.

  • Provide Pre-Flight Services.
  • Provide In-Flight Services.
  • Provide Post-Flight Services.
  • Provide Emergency Guidance when Required.

  1. Module 0: Module 0: Introduction
  2. Module 1: Module 1: Provide Pre-Flight Services
  3. Module 2: Module 2: Provide Inflight Services
  4. Module 3: Module 3: Provide Post-Flight Services
  5. Module 4: Module 4: Provide Emergency Guidance When Required

Target audience

  • Flight Attendants who need to speak basic Arabic at the workplace.
  • Secondary Target Population: Ground Supervisors and Pilots who need to speak basic Arabic at the workplace.

Prerequisites

High school graduates
One year experience in aviation field (preferable)
Arabic Language background is not required.
