Objective
Learning objectives
After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- identify potential and actual non-routine situation;
- choose the most appropriate type of assistance that can be given;
- manage abnormal and emergency situation related to aircraft operations;
- manage degraded modes of ATS operation.
