The course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to manage and administer an air traffic control facility in accordance with ICAO standards and recommended practices, and local regulations. It is aimed at incumbent facility chiefs, deputy facility chiefs and senior managers.

Objective
Learning objectives
At the end of the course,given appropriate information, data, and documents, in an examination environment, successful participants will be able to:
- Manage Air Traffic Services (ATS) systems; and,
- Perform administrative tasks and duties in accordance with the Company documents, the Good Operating Practices (GOPs) nominated in the courseware, ICAO Doc 9859, and ICAO Annex 19.

Prerequisites
ATCO license
Minimum 5 years work experience in an ANSP.
Recommended English language ability equal to an IELTS level 6.0 or greater; or ICAO ELP level 4 or above.
