By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to identify potential insider threats, assess associated risks using the ICAO Risk Assessment Methodology, and develop practical mitigation strategies.

Target audience
This workshop is recommended for aviation security personnel at the basic level with the potential for promotion to the supervisory level, and existing personnel at that level employed by the authority, airline, airport or any other organization primarily responsible for the application of aviation security measures.
Prerequisites
Experience in aviation security.
Good knowledge of international and national security regulations.
Have written and oral command of the English language.
